In 2023, WIG designed a set of bylaws to comply with good practices and governance. WIG bylaws are approved by the WIG General Assembly Meeting on 18 May, 2013 in Tamilnadu, India.
Great pleasure in presenting the Annual Report as the Secretary General of the World Council of Indigenous Games (WIG) at the General Assembly Meeting of the WIG held at the Tamilnadu, India.
Every Year WIG General Assembly will be conducted based on the members notification. WIG General Assembly will be conducted via online or via offline based on the members request.

During WIG General Assembly, General Secretary will be presenting the Board Resolutions & Its Declarations. Also WIG will provide the oppurtunity to all members to present their views and follow the principles of "Rights for All".
WIG follows voting policy. Most questions are decided in the General Assembly by a simple majority. Each Organization & Active Members country has one vote. Voting on certain important questions—namely recommendations on sports development, peace and security; budgetary concerns; and the election, admission, suspension, or expulsion of members—is by a two-thirds majority of those present and voting. Apart from the approval of budgetary matters, including the adoption of a assessment, Assembly resolutions are not binding on the members. The Assembly may make recommendations on any matters within the scope of the WIG. (Note: Secretary General & Financial Manager post will not be changed any of the General Assembly since she is founding member of WIG). Board of Directors & Regional Directors election will be conducted every five years once.
